Στην έκδοση των δύο Κοινών Υπουργικών Αποφάσεων (ΚΥΑ) επικαιροποιώντας τα μέτρα προστασίας από την πανδημία προχώρησε στις 4 Ιανουαρίου η Κυβέρνηση, προκειμένου οι αλλαγές στους υγειονομικούς περιορισμούς που ανακοίνωσαν οι Υπουργοί Ανάπτυξης και Επενδύσεων, Άδωνις Γεωργιάδης και Υγείας, Θάνος Πλεύρης να τεθούν σε άμεση εφαρμογή.

Ειδικότερα, και επισήμως το μοριακό τεστ (pcr) θα κοστίζει στο εξής 47 ευρώ, ενώ σε περίπτωση μη συμμόρφωσης με την νέα τιμολόγηση, θα «επιβάλλεται από τα αρμόδια ελεγκτικά όργανα διοικητικό πρόστιμο ύψους πέντε χιλιάδων ευρώ (5.000 €) για κάθε παράβαση» σύμφωνα με την απόφαση που υπογράφει ο Υπουργός Ανάπτυξης και Επενδύσεων, Άδωνις Γεωργιάδης.

Στην ίδια απόφαση επισημαίνεται ότι «οι επιχειρήσεις που προσφέρουν τις παραπάνω υπηρεσίες και αγαθά, οφείλουν να αναρτήσουν σε εμφανές για το κοινό σημείο και στις ιστοσελίδες τους, τιμοκατάλογο που θα περιλαμβάνει και θα αναφέρει ευκρινώς τις ως άνω προβλεπόμενες ανώτατες τιμές», διαφορετικά θα τους επιβάλλεται πρόστιμο 1.000 ευρώ.

Επιπλέον, σύμφωνα με την τροποποίηση των μέτρων για την προστασία από τον κορoνοϊό, επιλύεται το ζήτημα με την έκδοση των πιστοποιητικών νόσησης, καθώς αυτό κατά την σχετική ΚΥΑ θα εκδίδεται:

α) κατόπιν εργαστηριακού ελέγχου με τη μέθοδο PCR για κορωνοϊό COVID-19, εντός δεκατεσσάρων (14) ημερών μετά από τον πρώτο θετικό έλεγχο,

β) ειδικώς για τους πλήρως εμβολιασμένους, σύμφωνα με τα οριζόμενα στην παρ. 2, και κατόπιν θετικού ελέγχου με τη χρήση ταχείας ανίχνευσης αντιγόνου κορονοϊού COVID-19 (rapid test). Η ισχύς του πιστοποιητικού νόσησης διαρκεί έως ενενήντα (90) ημέρες μετά από τον κατά τα ανωτέρω μοναδικό ή πρώτο θετικό έλεγχο, με την επιφύλαξη των δύο επόμενων εδαφίων.
